Allen Matlock

Allen Matlock the son of Albert Matlock and Venne (White) Matlock, was born May 24, 1930 in Welling, Oklahoma and departed this life on September 5, 2016 in Welling, Oklahoma at the age of 86 years 3 months and 19 days.

Allen enjoyed spending his time hunting and fishing, he loved spending time outdoors. He worked as a Ranch Caretaker at Phillips Woolaroc Ranch. He also enjoyed get togethers with family and friends. Allen touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister Veroca Ferrell; and brothers Troy Matlock and Boyd Matlock.

He is survived by a loving family which includes his stepdaughter Sharon; his brother Lloyd Matlock and wife Nellie of Welling, OK; his sister-in-law Florence Matlock of Welling, OK; and his brother-in-law Doyle Ferrell of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
