Ana Victoria Rivera Quinones, 78, of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, September 9, 2024, at Cherokee County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Quinones was born April 15, 1946, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, to the late Carmelo Rivera and Georgina Quinones. She lived most of her life in New York. After retirement, she moved back to Puerto Rico and lived there until she moved to Tahlequah to be with family.
Mrs. Quinones worked in housekeeping in the medical industry.
She was a member of St. Brigid Catholic Church in Tahlequah. She loved to work in her garden and spend time with her family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Wenceslao Aquino Hernandez of Tahlequah; her children, Tania (Humberto) Hernandez Rivera of Bronx, New York, Marilyn (Tommy) Mike of Tahlequah, Jonathan (Tomoka) Aquino of Chiba, Japan, Christina Hernandez and her significant other, Natural Allah of Seattle, Washington, and Ana M. Hernandez Rivera of Bentonville, Arkansas; her siblings, Rosa and Evelyn Blanco, both of Florida and Victor Blanco of Puerto Rico; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Carlos Rivera, Domingo Rivera, Carmen Vazquez, and Jose Emilio Blanco.
Memorial services will be Friday, September 20, 2024, 11:00 AM, at St. Brigid Catholic Church in Tahlequah by Hart Funeral Home.
