Armanda Coulter

Mandy Sue Coulter, 43, passed away on November 4, 2024. She was born on January 14, 1981, in Tahlequah, Ok., to Edward Smith and Kathy (Smith) Perry.

A Celebration of Life Service will be at 10 AM, Friday, December 13, 2024, at Hart Funeral Home.

Mandy Sue enjoyed going shopping, she was an avid outdoor person, roping and riding horses. Mandy Sue loved spending time with her children and going to the casino. Mandy Sue attended and graduated on May 12, 2013, from TTCU with an associate degree, June 12, 2015, from NSU with a Bachelors degree, and on May 13, 2016, from OU with a Masters degree in social work.

She was preceded in death by a stepsister, Kaylynn Perry, and grandparents, Chalk (Norma) Smith and Wanda Rogers.

She is survived by parents, Ed Smith, and Kathy (Jim) Perry, daughter, Karlea Coulter (Ty Tramel), son, Pepper Smith (Paradise Zeigler), brother, Jim (Chastity) Perry, and Dusty(Allisa) Beitz, grandparents, Ed (Gerri) Moss, uncle, Ricky Smith, aunts, Pam (Gary) Bowlin, Tresa (Mark) Luna, Shelly (Darrel) Horn, Jamie (R.D.) Wilder, Donita (Doyal) Spencer, and Pam (Mark) Hix, fur baby, Lou Lou, several cousins and a host of friends.
