Betty Cain

Betty Sue Cain the daughter of Iva Burgess was born January 20, 1943 in Adair County, Oklahoma and departed this life on June 10, 2019 in Park HIll, Oklahoma at the age of 76 years, 4 months and 21 days.

Betty enjoyed life and loved her family. She enjoyed ceramics and bird watching. She enjoyed bowling and was an avid cook. She loved to cook for her family and put together a meal that a chef would prepare. Betty enjoyed traveling and was able to travel all across Europe. She spent nights in castles and climbed mountains. She was always looking for the next adventure. She was very proud to be an Army wife and took pride in her family. Betty touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her mother; and her son Jimmy Lee Cain.

She is survived by a loving family which includes her husband of over 61 years James Cain of the home; her sons Bobby Cain of Park Hill and James R. Cain and wife Kathy of Beverly Hills, FL; her grandchildren Shaun and Jessica and her great grandchildren Tyler, Kaitlyn and Bailey. Several friends and other relatives also survive her.
