Bill Brookey

Bill Brookey was born in Springdale, Arkansas on November 22, 1934, to Coyle and Iva (Berryhill) Brookey. Bill passed from this life December 22, 2024, at the age of 90.

When he was a young child his family moved to Texas. When he was a young man

he started working at Bell's Dairy Company in high school for many years and then Lubbock Plains Cottonseed Oil Company. Through his on-the-job training, he became a licensed commercial equipment electrical, electrician, refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing and pest control. He started his own business in Texas. Later, he moved his business to Tahlequah Oklahoma and served Oklahoma residents, businesses and schools for years till he sold his business and retired.

He enjoyed working in his workshop outdoors, being on his John Deere tractor, hunting and fishing. Back in his early days he loved being out on Lake Tenkiller in his boats fishing all day and night. He and his wife Jerri owned their own Bass Association, and enjoyed all their tournaments, including their tournaments in Canada. Bill's biggest love in his life was his family! When his granddaughter Tiffany Reece was born, he was over the moon!! He cried the first time he held her. They were inseparable. He was so proud of her and told her daily how much he loved her and how proud he was of her. You will be Loved and Missed every day!

Bill is survived by his loving, wife Jerri Brookey, daughter Vickie Reece, granddaughter Tiffany Reece, son Phillip Brookey, wife Cindy grandson Ethan Brookey, great granddaughter Iris Brookey, great grandson Ford Brookey, daughter D'Ann Perrie granddaughter Fallen Busenlehner Perrie, 2 grandsons, granddaughter Christina Davis husband Brandon, 3 grandchildren, grandson Dylan Perrie, 2 granddaughters, 2 grandsons, daughter Kim Bundy husband Shane, 3 grandchildren, daughter Tracy Brookey, sister Patsy Vickery husband John
