Carla Dick

Carla Faye Dick the daughter of Susie Agnes Fortner Mayfield was born December 30, 1957 in Pryor, Oklahoma and departed this life on December 10, 2017 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 59 years, 11 months and 10 days.

Faye loved life and loved her family. Her grandbabies were the light of her life and she loved them dearly. She enjoyed watching her late husband Richard and her son Chad Alan play ball. Chad was the love of her life till her grandchildren came along. Faye was the baby of the family and she was spoiled by her 9 brothers and sisters. She enjoyed cooking and collected cook books. Faye was facebook before facebook came around, but once she discovered facebook she enjoyed being able to communicate and visit with
friends and family using it. Faye worked as the Assistant Manager at Kentucky Fried Chicken in Tahlequah for over 16 years. She was fun loving and enjoyed joking and kidding around. Faye touched many lives over the years and will
be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her mother Susie Agnes Fortner-Mayfield; her husband Richard Dick; her sister Lillie Mae Satterfield; her grandparents James William and Nancy Jane Roach-Fortner; Brother - in-law Gerald Satterfield; and a special aunt and uncle Fred and
Jimmie Fortner.

She is survived by a loving family which includes her son Chad Alan and spouse Brittany Boyd of Tahlequah; her grandchildren Kyler Blake Boyd and Kinlee Allyn Boyd both of Tahlequah; a special friend Chris Kosterlistzkey of Tahlequah;
and her siblings Lee Roy Mayfield of Hulbert, Yvonne Ogden and husband Harold of Tahlequah, Nadine Arbuckle and husband John of Oran, MO, Bobby Mayfield and wife Dianna of Hulbert, Jack Mayfield and wife LaKeta of Coweta,
Eugene Mayfield and wife Jan of Muskogee, Shirley Jones of Tahlequah and Sandra Presley and husband Randy of Tahlequah. Numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive her.
