Carole Jean Ross the daughter of R.E. and and Mona (Vantrease) Williams was born June 18, 1954, in Tulsa, Oklahoma and departed this life on June 18, 2021, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 67 years.
Carole enjoyed life and she loved her family. She was an artist, she could paint, etch, carve and just about anything else. She could envision something and turn around and make it into a piece of artwork. She was very talented, her etching was done by hand up until the latter years when she began to use tools more often. She loved to play the piano. Her family was her most important treasure and she loved each and every one of them deeply. Carole touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her father.
She is survived by a loving family which includes her husband Richard Ross of the home; her mother Mona Williams; her son Cody Williams and wife Tonya of Sapulpa; her step children Jonathan Ross and his wife of Ocala, FL, Jennifer Ross of Ft. Smith, AR, Jeremiah Ross and his wife of Broken Arrow and Joe Vaughn and his wife of Mansfield, AR; her siblings Kay Cordray of Tahlequah, Bobby Williams and wife Shannon of Peggs, and Kelly Williams-Cross and husband Steve of Mountainburg, AR; 3 grandchildren and 5 step-grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive her.
