Cecil Tinnin

Cecil Tinnin, 74, a lifelong resident of Tahlequah, passed away on July 31, 2023 at Northeastern Health Systems. He was born on November 3, 1948 in Tahlequah to the late Allen B. Tinnin and Lena B. Tinnin (Tucker).

Cecil loved fishing, hunting, and being was an avid outdoorsman.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughters; Lena Mae Tinnin and Shawna Jean Tinnin and siblings; Laura Geneva Walker (Tinnin), Robert Tinnin and Carl Tinnin.

Survivors include daughter; Sabrina Tinnin, siblings; Kenneth Tinnin, Roy Tinnin, Joyce Marshall, and Karen Diver, three grandchildren, and several nephews, nieces, and other loving family members.
