Charles Everett Peace the son of Walter and Edna Mae (Vanderpool) Peace was born the third of eight children on August 4, 1932 in Adair County, Oklahoma and departed this life on May 29, 2017 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 84 years, 9 months and 25 days.
Everett loved life and loved his family. He enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids. He loved being outside whether he was fishing, riding motorcycles, or just watching the animals. He enjoyed traveling and loved going to car shows to look at old cars. His favorite car show was at the Red Fern Festival in Tahlequah. He taught his kids how to fix different things and most of them can change a thermal coupler or service an A/C unit for the summer. His most favorite thing was pestering, he loved to pester everyone. Everett touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Judith Ann Peace; his brothers Doyle Peace, Jimmy Leon Peace; and Baby Brother; and his sister Loretta Skaggs.
He is survived by a loving family which includes his children Terry Peace of Porter, Ledenna Peace of Briggs, Tommie Peace of Porter, Charolette Jackson and husband Bobby of Keys, and DeAnn Peace of Tulsa; his sisters Zella Mae Skaggs and husband Bob of Proctor and Juanita (Sis) Woodard and husband Les of Richardson; his brother Benny Peace of Tahlequah; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive him.
