David Smith

David Earl Smith passed away on June 4, 2022 at the age of 63 yrs.

David was born in Bartlesville, OK in 1958 to Roy and Anna Smith. David attended Salina High School where he graduated in 1977. After High School he became a welder and had worked for numerous steel shops, and if you were to ask some of his buddies they would say he was the best welder around.
David married the love of his life Tammy Doyle on November 13, 1981 and they had 2 sons. He loved being in the outdoors especially fishing or hunting and also spending time with his family and friends.

David was predeceased by his father Roy Smith and two brothers; Clifford Smith and Dennis Smith. Both maternal and paternal grandparents and one nephew Robert Matthew Doyle.

David is survived by his mother Anna Smith of Locust Grove, son Carl Smith and wife Shelby Smith of Hulbert, son Garrett Smith and wife Bethany Howell of Locust Grove, sister Brenda Doyle and husband Robby Doyle of Peggs, sister Darcy Doughty and husband Aaron Doughty of Locust Grove, Brother Mike Smith and wife Dorothy Smith of Chouteau, grandchildren; Sidney, Audri, Jayden, CJ, Isaiah, Colton and Elijah. He also has numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be on June 09, 2022 at Peggs Community Church, in Peggs, OK at 10:00 AM, with a visitation on Wednesday June 08, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Hart Funeral in Tahlequah, OK. Garrett Smith, Carl Smith, Josh Simmons, Brandon Doyle, Tammy Burson and Matthew Davis will be serving as Pall Bearers.
