Dollie Wofford

Dollie Olena Wofford the daughter of John and Amy (Bailey) Baker was born July 22, 1927 in Oaks, Oklahoma and departed this life on January 17, 2018 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 90 years, 5 months and 26 days.

Dollie loved life and loved her role as a wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed going fishing with her husband and spending time with her family. Her and her husband would travel around to yard sales and different markets to see what they could find. She enjoyed crocheting and reading. She was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and an Atlanta Braves fan. Dollie touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents John and Amy (Bailey) Baker; her husband Vollie Wofford; her son Tom Wofford; 2 grandsons Terry Wofford and Brian Wofford; 4 sisters and 3 brothers.

She is survived by a loving family which includes her children Jim Wofford of Tahlequah, Sam Wofford and wife Jackie of Tulsa, Mel Wofford of Broken Arrow and Shirley Lee and husband Carl of Coweta; 10 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive her.
