Donna Mitchell

Donna Mitchell the daughter of Samuel and Mary Carter Anderson was born December 8, 1942 in Shawnee, Oklahoma and departed this life on November 18, 2014 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 71 years, 11 months and 10 days.

Donna enjoyed life and loved to go swimming and fishing. She was an artist and loved to paint and write. She also enjoyed woodworking and would make wooden toys and paint them and make them as unique as she was. She was a beautician but spent most of her life as a professional maid. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved talking about the Bible and studying her Bible. She had a big heart and would help anyone in need. She touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Darlene Thomas, two brothers Darrell Bud Anderson and Terry Zimmerman .

She is survived by her children Brenda Qualls and husband Rodney of Tahlequah, Michael Veltman and wife Stevie of Ponca City, and Teresa Morgan of Kaplan, LA 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive her.
