Dorothy Brown

Dorothy Lee Brown, Hulbert resident, passed from this life on Wednesday July 29, 2015 at her home. She was 88 years of age.

Dorothy was born December 31, 1926 in Nixa, MO the daughter of Lee and Delphia (Hedgepath) Caughron. She was employed with Century Electronics in Tulsa for 20 years. Dorothy enjoyed fishing, drinking coffee, crocheting, gardening and getting together with her family. Dorothy loved to read her Bible and did so daily.

Dorothy is survived by her husband, Ronald Brown Sr. of the home; 4 children, Lee Ray McKinney and wife Scarlet of Tulsa, Bob McKinney and wife Carol of Claremore, Ronald Brown Jr. of Broken Arrow and David Brown and wife Mary of Peggs; eight grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren. Many nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Wallace Caughron, Gene Caughron and Russell Caughron and two sisters Sue Bohanan and Betty Lay.
