Duane Springwater

Duane "Lil' Man" Springwater the son of Crawford Albert Springwater and Edna Mae (Thirsty) Mitchell was born December 15, 1957 in Wichita, Kansas and departed this life on November 7, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 60 years, 10 months and 22 days.

Duane enjoyed life and he loved his family. He enjoyed fishing and artwork. Hanging around with his nieces and nephews is what he enjoyed the most. Staying close to family and friends is where he liked to be. Duane touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Rosella Springwater; and his sisters Rowena Foreman and Joyce Springwater.

He is survived by a loving family which includes his daughters Selena Wilson of Springdale, AR, and Crystal Springwater of Seminole, OK; his brothers and sisters Juanita McCarter of Tahlequah, Leroy Springwater and wife Wyanetta of Tahlequah, Shirley Springwater & Larry of Texas, Clifford Springwater and wife Joann of Ponca City and Cherokee Springwater of Tahlequah; and 3 grandchildren. Numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive him.
