Evelyn Couch

April 22, 1938 — January 8, 2022

In Loving Memory of
Evelyn (Eve) Juanita Couch
4.22.1938 - 1.08.2022

Eve was born in Rio Grande City, TX, and lived throughout the world as a U.S. Army dependent and an a US Air Force spouse. However, she always called San Antonio, Texas, her home.
Eve worked as a Clerk within the Air Force (Civil Service), Northeastern State University, and the Tahlequah Board of Education. She was a Life Member of the NSU Alumni Association, PEO, and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Tahlequah, where she served as an Elder and on the Board of Deacons. Eve loved to travel, play games, complete crossword puzzles, and was an avid sports fan. Her love for Texas and patriotism for her country outmatched all others.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Jack Couch, her parents, Richard and Elodia Williams, and her three brothers, Richard Jr., Tommy, and Terry Williams.
She leaves behind two daughters, Rhonda Couch, Cathy (Joe) Sanders, four grandchildren, Shannon (Ben) Johnson, Lori Swagerty, Andrew Sanders, and Sarah (Taylor) Swanson. Along with nine great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson, her life-companion Kelly Ross and family, and her "Precious Pup" Brodie.
She will be missed dearly. "HOOK 'EM HORNS"!
