Floella Hudson

Today you look upon the face of Floella (Flo) Emma Fusselman Neugin Hudson for the last time.  She was born in Washington County, Arkansas on October 21, 1938 to Reta Morrow Fusselman and O.A. Fusselman.  She departed this life on January 26, 2021 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

She is survived by her wonderful loving family which includes her daughters Elaine Cook and husband Gary and Velma Burke and husband Shannon; her grandchildren Deana Vaughn, Trina Vaughn Hooks, Dalaina Young Botts and husband Kevin, and Colt Young and wife Holly Jo Liles Young; great-grandchildren Chelsea and husband Josh Gibbons Trenton and wife Krista Vaughn Chase, Tanner and  Tenlee Vaughn, Dakota, Ace and Emma Hooks, Jonathan, Raelyn and Ryder Botts and Kambri, Brenly and Oliver Young; great-great-grandchildren Chrissy and Kimber Vaughn, Gunner, Grayson and Ella Gibbons, Joshua, Daisy and Elianna Hooks; sister Nila Hayes; and nephew Tony Hayes.

She was preceded in death by a near brother double cousin Don Morrow and her Fiance' Cleo Deerinwater on June 1, 2008 each declared the other to be their greatest and deepest love.  They had an attraction for each other as teenagers.  They waited over 50 years until both were free before saying anything to each other or any other person.  Finally, in May 2007 he called her.  It was the beginning of a beautiful friendship that lead to a great love.  He was taken from this life before they could marry.  Let them meet on that mountain top she envisioned a very long time ago.  Her love for him never faltered after he was taken.  May they now be together, loving each other forever throughout eternity.  May her great love for her family help them now and forever.
