Franklin Kemper

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Franklin Eugene Kemper (68) on January 12, 2026 in Hulbert, Oklahoma.

Frank was born on November 8, 1957 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Norman and Dorothy Ray-Kemper.

Frank a beloved son, brother, father, uncle, papa, and an inimitable friend, whose humorous spirit and warm personality left a lasting mark on everyone he met.

Frank retired after 34 years of service as a security guard at Hillcrest Medical Center. As a skilled carpenter, Frank spent several decades being the jack of all trades. Beyond his work Frank's passions included hunting, fishing, camping, riding his motorcycles, and making homemade fudge.

He is predeceased by his parents and his three brothers Robert, Jack, and Galen.

He is survived by his sister Paula Kemper, his children: Brittany, Jonathon, Nathan, Kristina, Cheryl, Charlene and his numerous grandchildren
