Gary Hall

Gary Lee Hall (PeeWee) 77, lifetime resident of Tahlequah, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Northeastern Health Systems in Tahlequah.

PeeWee was born April 1, 1946, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, to the late John Calvin (Cab), and Mollie Ann Turner Hall.

PeeWee was a truck driver for Sun Oil for 25 years. His next adventure was being the owner/operator of G.L. Hall Trucking, which he did until he retired. He was a "jack of all trades" and loved to work. He always enjoyed a cup of coffee while listening to Tahlequah Tradewinds.

PeeWee was a family man who loved his family dearly. He was a great husband, dad, father in-law, and grandpa, who will be missed greatly by his family and friends.

Gary Lee is survived by his loving wife, Sherry Haworth Hall, whom he married April 22, 1966; his daughter Lori Krisshell Hoover and husband John; his grandson John Lee Hall and wife Megan; and many special nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, and seven sisters.

There will not be a formal visitation, however, loved ones and friends are welcome to come by Hart Funeral Home Wednesday, November 15, 2023, between 12:00-5:00 p.m. to pay your respects to PeeWee.

Graveside funeral services will be Thursday, November 16, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. located at Hendricks Cemetery in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Services provided by Hart Funeral Home of Tahlequah.
