George Conrad

Dr. George Thomas Conrad, MD, 67, passed away in Tahlequah on December 31,2025. He was born in Vinita, OK., on April 2, 1958 to the late Hiawatha Wahellau Conrad and Eula Mae (Townsend) Conrad.

George graduated from Tahlequah High School in 1976, he went on to OU medical school and graduated with his MD in 1993. Dr. Conrad provided medical care for over 20 years to his Native American communities where he lived and traveled. Dr. Conrad enjoyed collecting Native American art and traveling.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Janet Martin, Debbie Conrad, Ricky Dale Conrad, and James Conrad.

Survivors include his siblings, Randy and wife Toni Conrad, Margaret Wilson, sister-in-law, Donna Conrad, along with several nephews, nieces, and friends.
