Glennda Pettus

Glennda Jean Pettus the daughter of Glenn and Margaret (Davis) Collins was born May 26, 1952, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and she went to be with the Lord on May 22, 2022, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 69 years, 11 months and 26 days.

Glennda had a heart for teaching and for 47 years she gave her students her all. She enjoyed reading, music and dance, she even choreographed the "Trail of Tears" outdoor drama for several years. She married Scott Pettus on April 28, 1989, at which time they blended their families. Her family meant the world to her, all of them (hers, his or theirs). She enjoyed watching the grandkids at sporting events and anything else they may have been involved in. Glennda made an impression on many lives over the years and she will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents Glenn and Margaret Collins.

She is survived by a loving family which includes her husband of over 33 years Scott Pettus of the home; her children Meghan Brown and husband Bobby of Breaux Bridge, LA, Tiffany Rozell and husband John of Cookson, Ryan Pettus and wife Chrissa of Claremore and Lauren Perez and husband Juan of Tahlequah; her brother Randy Collins and wife Jennifer of Tyler, TX; and her 12 grandchildren: Tristan Brave, Grant Brown, Ava Pettus, Ashton Brown, Tripp Rozell, Tagg Rozell, Elliott Rozell, Mila Perez, Luca Perez, Asher Pettus, Koda Perez and Adaline Pettus. Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive her.
