Beloved wife of the late Drannon L. Carter, cherished daughter of the late Frank X. and Barbara Schneider, and dear sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, and friend to many. She is preceded in death by her siblings Ambrose, Frances (Richard) Burkemper, August, Catherine (Hubert) Samson, Rose (Leander) Eultgen, and Sister Helen Ann, C.PP.S.

Hildegarde was a devout Catholic and a longtime member of St. Bridgid's Catholic Church. She loved to keep creative by quilting, painting, and caring for her garden of African Violets. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
