Hoyt Sinclair

Hoyt Dean Sinclair Jr. the son of Hoyt Dean Sr. and Audrey Estelle (Thames) Sinclair was born October 18, 1940 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas and departed this life on May 13, 2016 in Muskogee, Oklahoma at the age of 75 years, 6 months and 25 days.

Hoyt was a fun loving guy and enjoyed life to the fullest. He enjoyed whittling and woodworking. He could carve just about anything, and one of his projects was carving the nativity scene. He enjoyed painting and was a true artist.
He enjoyed spending time fishing and being outdoors. He was a survivalist and enjoyed camping out and living off the land. He was proud of his garden. He enjoyed working in his garden and growing vegetables, flowers and fruit trees.
He cherished the time that he spent with his family. Hoyt was a listener, and was a go to guy for folks because he would listen. Hoyt touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers Mitchell Sinclair and Michael Sinclair; his sisters Patsy Joann Navarro and Deanna Dell Sinclair.

He is survived by a loving family which includes his wife Gloria Sinclair of the home; his daughter Angela Sinclair of the home; and his granddaughter Dianna Sinclair of Tahlequah. A host of nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive him.
