Huston Davis the son of Preston and Hester Davis was born May 25, 1932 in Bunch, Oklahoma and departed this life on June 10, 2017 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the age of 85 years and 16 days.
Huston enjoyed life and spent a lot of time outdoors. He enjoyed fishing most of all especially crappie and trout. He loved animals and would always make sure they were all fed and watered. He enjoyed riding his four-wheeler around and looking at God's creation. Huston enjoyed people coming to visit him, playing the guitar and playing cards. He would often sit around the house and watch old westerns or an MMA fight. Huston touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Patricia Davis; his son Michael Davis; two infant children; his brothers Abraham Davis and Preston Junior Davis; his sister Gladys Kirby; his son-in-law Gene Guinn; and his grandson Wesley Davis.
He is survived by a loving family which includes his children Phyllis Davis-Wheeler and husband Bill of Welling, Paula Guffey and husband David of Tulsa, Tony Davis and wife Marcia of Gans and Patty Guinn of Cookson; his brother Earl Davis and wife Leila of Taft; his sisters Nadine Spillers of Oklahoma City, Phillis Johnson and husband Glenn Shepard of Spiro, and Delphine Long and husband Gary of Crescent; 11 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren. Numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive him.
