Imogene Elms

Imogene Elms the daughter of Alvin Dean and Donna Lea (Fox) Anderson was born November 12, 1947 in Borger, Texas and departed this life on December 13, 2015 in Coweta, Oklahoma at the age of 68 years and 1 month.

Imogene enjoyed life. She was very good at putting puzzles together and doing crossword puzzles. She enjoyed watching old movies; "It's a Wonderful Life" was her favorite Christmas movie. She enjoyed collecting rocks and arrowheads while walking around outside. She was an avid Genealogist and enjoyed going to old cemeteries to find the graves of the people she had looked up. Imogene touched many lives and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son Carlton Thomas Elms; her sister Sherry Newberry and her brother James Dean Anderson.

She is survived by a loving family which includes her husband Walter Woody Elms of the home; her daughter Dadreon S. Perry and husband Earl of Stilwell; her sister Donna Kathryn Taylor of Gruver, TX; 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Many nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive her.
