James Douglas Dodd

James Douglas "Doug" Dodd, 71, of Park Hill, Oklahoma, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at his home. 

Doug was born May 15, 1952, in Bristow, Oklahoma, to Lloyd Darrell and Mary Ethlyn Conder Dodd. He was a 1970 graduate of East Central High School in Tulsa. He attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater and graduated from there in 1975. 

Mr. Dodd was a truckdriver. He was a hard worker who loved the outdoors including fishing and "lake life". He was a proud, long serving member of AA in Tahlequah.

Mr. Dodd is survived by his son, Brian Dodd of Raleigh, North Carolina; daughter, Shannon Wheeler of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his sister, DeeDee Dodd of Edmond, Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
