Jerry Harris

Jerry A. Harris the son of Fred and Una Mae (Wilcox) Harris was born February 7, 1934 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and departed this life on December 16, 2015 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 81 years, 9 months, 9 days.

Jerry enjoyed life and loved spending time with family and friends. Jerry was a machinist by trade and retired from Webb Wheel. After his retirement he enjoyed doing small engine repair, wood carving and painting.
Jerry loved playing music and could play just about anything with strings on it. Jerry touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother Jim Harris.

He is survived by a loving family which includes his wife Rita M. Harris of the home; his son Lantry Harris of Watts; 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive him.
