Jerry Wayne Lacy

Jerry Wayne Lacy, 70, a longtime member of the Leach Community, passed away on Friday, April 9, 2026. He was born on November 26, 1955 in Claremore, OK., to the late Dennis Sam Lacy and Mollie (Lacy) King.

Graveside Services will be 11 AM, Friday. April 17, 2026 at Elm Cemetery in Leach, OK. There will be no public viewing.

Jerry attended school in Little Kansas and was a member of Elm Prairie Baptist Church, but enjoyed visiting other churches in the area. His hobbies included working on automobiles, listening to music, and reading his Bible. Jerry appreciated the times of getting together with his family and friends. He was a fluent Cherokee speaker.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Stacy Taylor.

Survivors include his son's, Jerry Lacy, Samuel Stenberg, Johnny Retamoza, and Robert Stenberg, eleven grandchildren, and cousins, Martha Peters, Irene Peters, and Thomas Peters and a host of friends.
