Jess Hanna

Jess Patrick Hanna of Park Hill, OK passed away on June 25, 2020, at the age of 86. Jess was born on August 31, 1933, the son of Marcus and Gladys Hanna (Phillips) in Minco, Oklahoma. He enlisted in the United States Air Force on April 6, 1953, and is an Honorable Veteran having served his country for 4 years before he was honorably discharged and released from active duty on April 5, 1957. He married the love of his life; Mollie Gardner on March 24, 1955, and together were blessed with four children. There really wasn't a specific word that you could use to describe the selfless man that Jess was, but you could say he was the “jack of all trades.” He could build anything and fix anything. In his spare time, he loved to do woodworking and photography. You could find him in his shop working on things all day and would go as long as he could until Mollie would call him in for dinner. He was a selfless, caring, family man who will be missed by the ones he leaves behind.

He is survived by his wife of the home; Mollie, 3 daughters; Kim Roadruck, Merry Plemons, and Sharon Reynolds, 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Marcus and Gladys Hanna, and a son; Dale Hanna.
