Jessie Matlock

Jessie Boyd Matlock the son of Albert and Venna (White) Matlock was born December 19, 1933 in Park Hill, Oklahoma and departed this life on March 31, 2015 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 81 years, 3 months and 12 days.

Boyd loved being outdoors whether he was fishing, playing baseball, working in the yard, driving his tractor around, or just working on cars. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. Boyd touched many lives and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Boyd was preceded in death by his parents; his brother Troy Matlock and his sister Veroca Ferrell.

He is survived by a loving family which includes his wife Florence Matlock of the home; his children Raymond Eugene Matlock of Welling and Remona Duncan of Bartlesville; his brothers Allen Matlock and wife Betty and Lloyd Matlock and wife Nellie all of Welling; his granddaughters Krystal Watts and husband Alvin of Skiatook and Angie Duncan of Bartlesville; and his great granddaughter Shianne Duncan of Bartlesville. Many nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive him.
