Joseph Hollan

Joseph Ray Hollan the son of Larry Hollan and Carlene (Nofire) Morris was born March 7, 1979 in Wichita, Kansas and departed this life on October 7, 2017 in Topeka, Kansas at the age of 38 years and 7 months.

Joseph enjoyed life and loved his family. He enjoyed spending time with his children and teaching them the ways of life. He spent his time playing his guitar and loved riding his Harley. Being a dad was his favorite thing.
Joseph touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his son Talan Hollan; and his grandparents Jacob Hollan, Eli and Lydia Nofire and James and Pauline Morris.

He is survived by a loving family which includes his children Xzavior Ray Thompson of Garnett, KS, Tristen Michael Hollan of Topeka, KS and Maura Christine Hollan of Topeka, KS; his parents Carlene and Matt Morris of Overbrook, KS
and Larry and Angie Hollan of Stilwell, OK; his brother Joshua Wayne Hollan of Topeka, KS; his sister Chelsea Marie Morris of Overbrook, KS; his Grammy Barbara Hollan of Stilwell, OK; and his niece Avaya Lynn Britschge of
Osage City, KS. Several aunts, uncles, friends and other relatives also survive him.

The Morris and Hollan family wish to thank the Topeka police and emergency service.

In lieu of flowers a memorial may be given to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital on behalf of Joseph R. Hollan.
