Joshua Cochran

Joshua Joe Cochran the son of Joe B. and Emma (Killer) Cochran was born January 31, 1944 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life on May 19, 2016 in Muskogee, Oklahoma at the age of 72 years, 3 months and 18 days.

Joshua served his country proudly in the United States Army. He enjoyed being outdoors whether he was riding horses, fishing or just enjoying the beauty of nature. He was an avid fast pitch fan.
He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren, playing with his dogs and traveling. Joshua touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Rhonda Cochran; his daughter Dalanna Cochran; his sister Lucille Hummingbird and his brothers Henry Cochran and Mack Cochran.

He is survived by his children Newanna Tiger and husband Leland of Tulsa, Dianna Cochran-Smith and husband Larry of Wichita, KS, Lewanna Cochran-Russell of Locust Grove, Keith Cochran and wife Wanona of Collinsville,
Beronica Cochran of Tulsa and Dawanna Cochran-Wallace of Tulsa; his sister Susie Hummingbird of Stilwell; 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren and a good friend Ruth Richardson. Many nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive him.
