Kelly Applegate

Kelly Lynn Applegate the daughter of Bob Siler and Evelyn Sue (Summers) Beck was born July 1, 1962 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and departed this life on December 10, 2017 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 55 years, 5 months and 9 days.

Kelly loved life and she adored her family. She fell in love with the love of her life, Tommy Applegate, at the age of 13 and she married him on November 15, 1980, or November 18 depending on who you ask. She didn't think that she could love anymore than what she loved him until she met her grandchildren. She loved her grandchildren and enjoyed playing with them. She enjoyed camping and sitting around a bonfire. She loved s'mores and just being outside. She had a fear of heights but she loved rollercoasters and would ride any rollercoaster that she could. Her sister time was very special to her and she enjoyed running away and going shopping with Tammy. Kelly touched many lives and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her stepdad Bob Henson; her mother-in-law Lois Applegate; her maternal grandmother Margaret Summers and her paternal grandfather Hubert Siler.

She is survived by a loving family which includes her husband of over 37 years Tommy Applegate of the home; her children Amber Applegate and spouse Jeremy Gregory of Tahlequah and Dustin Applegate and spouse Megan McLain of Ft. Gibson; her father Bob Siler and wife Barbara of Hulbert; her mother Evelyn Sue Beck and husband Gale of Peggs; her brothers Donnie Siler and wife Rhonda of Okay, and Heath Henson of Peggs; her sister Tammy Bledsoe and husband Terry of Butler, MO; her father-in-law Gene Applegate & wife Earline of Peggs; and 6 grandchildren Preston, Jaxon, Jade, Clayton, Kaleb and Hunter. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends also survive her.
