Lester Fox

Lester Wayne Fox the son of John and Pearl (Scribner) Fox was born July 4, 1935 in Okemah, Oklahoma and departed this life on January 15, 2020 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 84 years, 6 months and 11 days.

Lester loved life and he loved his family. Being a dad is what he enjoyed the most in life and his sons meant the world to him. He enjoyed woodworking. He made walking canes and knick- knack shelves for his wife. He enjoyed going fishing, and he loved Boston Terrier bull dogs. Lester touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Ina Claudene Fox; his sons Billy Fox and Bobby Fox; his sisters Edna and Shirley; and his brothers Charles and Johnny; and a grandson Ben Fox Jr.

He is survived by a loving family which includes his sons Ben Fox of Welling and Brian Fox and wife Meghan of Modesto, CA; his brothers Bill Fox of Modesto, CA, Lawton Fox and wife Dianna of Coppertown and Jerry Fox of Modesto, CA; 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive him.
