Linda Kaye Qualls, a beloved member of the community and dedicated teacher, passed away on August 1, 2024, at the age of 76 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born on November 20, 1947, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, to the late Homer Chancellor and Mary Edith (Salyer) Chancellor. Linda leaves behind a legacy of compassion and knowledge.
Throughout her life, Linda was a pillar of strength and kindness. She cherished her family deeply and took immense pride in her role as a teacher. With a Master's Degree in hand, Linda's passion for education shone brightly through her work.
Linda was the loving mother of Ronda (Allen) White and Jason (Wendy) Qualls, and she found immense joy in her grandchildren Dylan Velazquez, Ryan Velazquez, Ally Qualls, and Emma Qualls. She was preceded in death by her brother, Lonnie Chancellor, but is survived by her brother, Hommer Lee (Robens) Chancellor.
Remembered fondly as a puzzle enthusiast, Linda had a keen eye for putting together pieces both in and out of the classroom. She also dedicated herself to children as she owned and operated a home daycare in Tahlequah for many years.

A private burial will take place at Tahleuqah City Cemetery.
