Linzy Williams

Linzy Leon Williams was born on June 8, 1949 in Wetumka, OK to Loyd and Lillie Mae Masters Williams. He passed away April 9, 2016 in Muskogee, OK at the age of 66 years. Interment will be held Blue Springs Cemetery in Cherokee County, OK on Friday July 1, 2016.
Pastor Lloyd Moore will be officiating.

He was survived by one daughter Michelle Williams White of Rome, Georgia; one sister Evelyn LaVerne Williams Julian of Tahlequah, OK; 10 grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his mother Lillie Mae Masters Jones; father Loyd Linton Williams; 4 brothers Gerald Ray Williams, George Robert Williams, David Lee Williams and Harold Eugene Williams; 4 sisters Patsy Lucille Williams Parris, Annabelle Williams Orsburn,
Dessie Louise Williams Choate and Joyce Marie Williams Basquez.
After graduating from Tahlequah High School Linzy served 2 terms in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and received a purple heart for his service. He attended Northeastern State College and worked as a security officer.
