Loretta Exie Combs the daughter of Colon and Dora (Smith) Fields was born October 15, 1938, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life on April 30, 2020, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 81 years, 6 months and 15 days.
Loretta was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren whom she spoiled. She enjoyed being outdoors working in her garden, planting flowers and just enjoying the beauty of God's creation. She was very resourceful, she canned everything she grew in the garden; she loved going to flea markets and auctions to see what kind of deal she could get. She loved antiques and found many things over the years at flea markets and auctions. She enjoyed listening to music, she liked country, but she loved Elvis. Loretta touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her son Franklin Lee Combs; her brothers Ray Ketcher and Gerald Fields; her sisters Colleen Toro, Gretchen Marshall and Cora Bell Smith; and her grandson Chad Combs.
She is survived by a loving family which includes her husband of over 61 years Leroy Combs of the home; her children Freda Watkins and husband Michael of Kansas, OK, Susanna Marler and husband Keith of Teresita, and Doreen Wilkerson and husband James of Moody; her sister Evelyn Starr of Kansas, OK; 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Many nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive her.
