Infant Madilynn Rayne Smith was born to Maranda Cummings and Braden Smith and went home to be in Heaven on November 26, 2023.
A Celebration of Life Service will be 10 AM, Monday, December 18, 2023 at Hart Funeral Home in Tahlequah.
Madilynn was preceded in death by her grandfather, Roy cummings.
Survivors include her parents, maternal grandmother, Vikki Tye, paternal grandparents, Lori Levi, and Shannon Smith, uncles, Kyle (Amanda) Cummings, R.L. Cummings, Zack Cummings, Marcus Beasley and Jake Adamson, aunts, Dimentia "Demi" Dawn Acosta, and Kayndace Buller along with many other loving and caring family members.
