Mary Colvin

Mary Lou Colvin the daughter of Vernon and Jewel (Fussulman) Harrell was born March 18, 1916 in Summers, Arkansas and departed this life on August 11, 2018 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 102 years, 4 months and 24 days.

Mary Lou enjoyed life and was a hard worker. She owned and operated an Otasco store in Hominy for many years and owned an Insurance Company in Fayetteville, AR. She was a great knitter and enjoyed making things for herself and her family and friends. She loved golf and she enjoyed watching sports on TV. She enjoyed traveling and loved to go see the world. Mary Lou touched many lives over the past century and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Charles Faye Colvin; the boys that she raised as her own Flynn Sellers and Harold Lee Sellers and her brother Tilford Harrell.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law Billy Holt of Proctor. Several caregivers, friends and other relatives also survive her.
