Mary Florez

Mary Louisa Florez, 70, of Tahlequah, OK passed away on August 16, 2022. Mary was born on August 4, 1952, in Lubbock, TX the daughter of Luis Salinas and Sarah Perez.


Mary was one of the sweetest souls you could have met, she would have given anyone the shirt off her back. Some of Mary's favorite things included: spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, going to yard sales, cooking, gardening, and going on walks to clear her mind and enjoy the great outdoors, she loved Christmas and always looked forward to spending the holidays with her family; laughing and making lots of memories with the extra happiness of getting to spoil her family. Mary was fun, sweet, and very organized. She always kept a neat house and enjoyed cleaning. One of her favorite things to do was go to the casino and have a great time. She will be missed by all she leaves behind. She had the sweetest soul and shared her love with everyone in her life.

She was preceded in death, by her parents Luis Salinas, and Sarah Perez; brother, Luiz Salinas Jr.; grandparents, Ramona Gonzalez and Lazaro Salinas.

She is survived by a loving family, which includes her brothers and sisters, Rosalinda Salinas, Benito Salinas, Diana Deleon, Daniel Salinas. children; Michael Quiroz, Belinda Quiroz, Debbie Lee Quiroz, Louie Quiroz, Guadalupe Garcia, and Veronica Rangel; grandchildren, Kimberly Marie Quiroz, Jose Angel Martinez, Alejandro Martinez, Wyatt Mendez, Isaiah Mendez, Selvin Mejia, Alexa Duvall, Dustin Duvall, Isaac Duvall, Amiyah Grigsby, Rosalio Diaz, Jr., Jesus Nieto, Aliyah Allison Ramirez; great-grandchildren, Araceli Lou Fields, and Mateo Angel Martinez. Numerous family and friends, she leaves behind.
