Mary Plost

Mary Frances Anderson O'Rourke Plost was born Nov. 6, 1936 in Tulsa, OK and departed this life on June 29, 2018 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 81 years.
Mary lived in Tulsa the majority of her life. She was a graduate of Tulsa Central HS class of 1954.
She attended TU, was a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority, and graduated in 1958 with a BS in Business Administration.

Mary Frances married Dan O'Rourke in 1962 and had her only child Helen in 1963. She went on to pursue a career in Real Estate that lasted 50 years. She owned and operated Mary O'Rourke Realty then partnered with husband Dan & opened O'Rourke Realty of Brookside. She was known as the Mapleridge Queen back in the 60's-70's.

Mary and & Dan divorced in 1977 and she married David Plost in 1983. David died shortly thereafter and she moved to Tahlequah in 1985.

Mary Frances is survived by her daughter Helen O'Rourke Griffin, Son in Law Joseph Griffin, & Granddaughter Jennifer Griffin of Tulsa, & Sister Betty Winter of Dallas, & numerous Nieces & Nephews.
