Miguel Landaverde

Miguel Landaverde the son of Jose and Ma. Isabel Trejo Landaverde was born May 3, 1923 in Agua Amarga, Queretaro, Mexico and departed this life on September 9, 2016 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 93 years, 4 months and 6 days.

Miguel lived a full life. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a hard working man and took pride in his work. He enjoyed farming and enjoyed being outside. He enjoyed taking walks and just piddlin' around. Miguel touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his spouse Paulina Salas; one son Raymundo Landaverde; one daughter Maria Landaverde; two grandsons Raymundo Landaverde Jr. and Oscar Landaverde; one great grandson Sebastian Garcia; three brothers and one sister.

He is survived by a loving family which includes his children Gregorio Landaverde and wife Alicia of Tahlequah, Margarita Belmonte and husband J. Vito of Tahlequah, Mariana Landaverde and husband Ermilio Bocanegra of Cienega, Queretaro, Mexico, Daniel Landaverde and wife Carla of Hulbert, Urbano Landaverde and wife Elena of Tahlequah, Pascual Landaverde and wife Guadalupe of Tahlequah, Jose Landaverde and wife Olivia of Tahlequah, Lucas Landaverde and wife Carolina of Tahlequah, and Rocio Dorado of Tahlequah; his brother Venancio Landaverde and wife Felipa Salas of Houston; his sisters Honorina Landaverde of Jalpan, Queretaro, Mexico, and Reynaldo Landaverde and husband Gonzalo Sierra of Tahlequah; 37 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Many nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive him.
