Mildred Kuhn

Mildred Alene Maney Kuhn the daughter of Ralph Jefferson Cross and Hattie Mildred (Atkins) Cross Austin was born November 12, 1932 in Muskogee, Oklahoma and departed this life on October 7, 2018 in Ellisville, Mississippi at the age of 85 years, 10 months and 25 days.

Mildred loved life and loved her family. She was a master gardener, meaning everything in her flower garden was exquisite. She knew the horticulture behind the plants and she made sure that every plant complimented the other. She enjoyed sewing and could sew just about anything you wanted sewn. Antiquing was her past-time. Mildred touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband Jessie Maney; her second husband Bill Kuhn; 2 brothers and 3 sisters.

She is survived by a loving family which includes her children Jessica Ylene Moore of Moselle, MS, Susan Haines of Ellisville, MS, and Curtis Maney of Moselle, MS; her brother Jerry Austin and wife Carol of Mercedes, TX; her grandchildren Sarah Maney and fiancé Brandon McKinney of Austin, TX, Justin Maney and wife Lissette of Austin, TX, Berea Maney of Pervis, MS, Robert Moore and wife Cheryl of Ohio and Audra Ritter and husband Kim of Moscow, ID; 4 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive her.
