Mose L. Killer of Tahlequah, OK passed away on October 20, 2021, in Muskogee, OK at the age of 72. Mose was born on August 6, 1949, the son of John Killer, Sr. and Clara Fishinghawk (Baldridge) at Cherokee Nation W. W. Hastings Hospital in Tahlequah, OK.

Mose was a very hard worker and would do anything to provide and take care of his family. He worked for Cherokee Nation, Bacone College and Walmart. He attended First Indian Baptist church in Tahlequah and was on the Tribal Council of United Keetoowah Band. He served his country in The United States Marines as a Lance Corporal serving 9 months and 7 days in Vietnam.

He was preceded in death by both of his parents; John and Clara, brother-in-law; Bill Frye, uncles; Charlie Killer, Ice Killer and George Killer, and an aunt; Mary Glass.

He is survived by a loving family which includes his wife of the home; Lila (Hays) Killer, sons; Michael Killer and wife Jerri Ann, Tyson Killer, and Jared Killer, grandchildren; Landon Killer, Skylynn Killer, Levi Killer and Lennox Killer, brothers; Thomas Killer, Harold Killer and John Killer, sisters; Kathy Burnett, Barbara Tippie, and Ruth Frye and Numerous family and friends who also survive him.
