Nelda Lingbeck

Nelda Lingbeck, 88, a resident of Tahlequah, passed away on Friday, November 28, 2025. She was born on March 13, 1937 in Canton, MN., to the late Ogden Casterton and Lillian (Russell) Casterton.
Funeral Service will be 9 AM, Friday, December 5, 2025 at Hart Funeral Home, burial will follow at 11 AM at Fort Gibson VA Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 4, 2025 from 1 PM until 7 PM, with the family present from 4 PM until 7 PM at Hart Funeral Home.

Nelda loved her family, she was a strong Christian lady. Nelda was a faithful member of Philadelphia Bible Center. She enjoyed watching hummingbirds, and adored her cats.

In addition her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years in 2019, brothers, Truman, Vernon, Arlan, and sister, Faith Lingbeck.

Survivors include her children, Kathleen, Debi, Marvin, Kendall, Aaron, and Jeremy, 11 grandchildren, 18, great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren, along with many nephews, nieces, and loving family members and a host of friends.
