Norval Wayne Crow the son of Thomas and Geneva (Bolding) Crow, was born September 16, 1939 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life on March 27, 2018 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 78 years, 6 months and 11 days.
Bodie enjoyed life and loved to be outdoors whether he was fishing, camping or hunting. He also enjoyed lots of different sports such as softball, golf and football. He loved pitching horseshoes and spending time with his family and
friends. Throughout Bodie's early years he was a great carpenter and built many homes throughout the Tahlequah area and other places. Over the last 30 plus years he worked at Cherokee Nation in Tahlequah where he was facility
administrator until his retirement. He acquired many friends at the nation during this time which to him was like a second family. He touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his son Randall Wayne Crow; his sisters Aunita Taylor and Jolene Clinton; his brother JL Crow and his grandson Christopher Crow.
He is survived by a loving family which includes his wife Christal Crow of the home; his children Lynda Hyslope and husband Rick of Tahlequah, Bryan Crow and wife Anita of Tahlequah, and Penny Rogers and husband Scott of Rose;
his brothers TJ Crow and wife Virginia, Ronnie Crow and wife JessAnn, Timmy Crow, and Ricky Crow and wife Donna all of Tahlequah; 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Several nieces, nephews,
friends and other relatives also survive him.
