Perry Phillips

Perry Arnold Phillips Sr. the son of Arnold and Lillie Mae (Hammons) Phillips was born November 6, 1947 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life on June 5, 2019 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 71 years, and 7 months.

Perry loved his family and he loved the Lord. Going to church was very important to him, and he loved going and spending time with his church family. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, he ws proud of them all. Perry had a sense of humor, and he enjoyed teasing people. He enjoyed fishing when he was younger, and he enjoyed a good meal. He ws an avid OU fan regardless of what sport was being played. Perry touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister Judy Leep and his brothers Pershal Phillips and Pat Phillips.

He is survived by a loving family which includes his wife Linda Phillips of the home; his sons Perry Phillips Jr. and wife Eugenia of Kimberling City, MO, Chris Phillips and wife Regina of Tahlequah and Brandon Phillips of Tahlequah; his sister Paulette Wilson and husband Robert of Porter; his brothers John Phillips and Kevin Phillips both of Tahlequah; his sister-in-law Vicki Phillips of Seminole, TX; his bonus son Oscar Hokeah; 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive him.
