Pocahontas Whitehorse

Pocahontas Whitehorse the daughter of Madison and Maggie Stopp Grasshopper was born September 7, 1942 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life on September 17, 2014 in Hulbert, Oklahoma at the age of 72 years and 10 days.

Pocahontas was a very kind and loving person and would open her home to anyone whether they needed help or just a bite to eat. She enjoyed going to church and hearing gospel singing. She was an avid Chicago Bulls fan and enjoyed watching them play. She touched many lives and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents her husband Robert Whitehorse her daughter Ruth Whitehorse her sister Helen Grasshopper and brother Sequoyah Grasshopper. She is survived by her children Michael Warren and Cindy Whitehorse both of Hulbert and her sister Ramona Green of Skiatook.
