Ralph Millsap

Ralph Alfred Millsap the son of Floyd and Birtha (Cole) Millsap was born April 8, 1949 in Peggs, Oklahoma and departed this life on January 4, 2018 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 68 years, 8 months and 27 days.

Ralph loved life and he loved his family. He enjoyed being outside whether he was working on cars, fishing or making things out of wood. He had a huge heart and loved to help people in any way that he could. Ralph enjoyed going to the casino and trying his luck. When he wasn't outside he enjoyed watching TV. Ralph touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister Gwen Ellen Garrett and his brother Dalford Millsap.


He is survived by a loving family which includes his nephew Andy Lee Garrett, his niece Genieva Millsap and his brother John F. Millsap. Many friends and other relatives also survive him.
