Rebecca Chitty

Rebecca Sue Chitty the daughter of Francis and Mary Myrtle (Thomas) Garner was born January 22, 1969 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life on July 27, 2016 in Savanna, Oklahoma at the age of 47 years, 6 months and 5 days.

Rebecca enjoyed spending time with her family. She enjoyed her role as a wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her grandkids and enjoyed spending time with them. She enjoyed being outside whether fishing or swimming, especially playing with her grandkids. She enjoyed reading and spent a lot of time reading her Bible. Rebecca touched many lives and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers Billy Ray Garner and Kenny Garner.

She is survived by a loving family which includes her husband Lance Chitty of the home; her children Brandi Chitty and husband Kiah Pritchett of Hulbert, Lance Andrew Chitty of Savanna, Cassi Lynn Cowen and husband Tyler of Pryor, and Tyler Lee Copeland Chitty of Savanna; her brothers Tommy Garner and wife Judy of Tahlequah, Wayne Garner and wife Kelly of Tahlequah, Steve Garner and wife Alice of Tahlequah, Joey Garner of Tahlequah, Terry Garner and wife Pam of Tahlequah, and Johnny Garner and wife Eddye of Park Hill; her sisters Kathy Youngblood and husband Elroy of Tahlequah, Cindy Cornell and husband Dwight of Tahlequah and June Sweet and husband Keith of Welling; and her five grandchildren Khailee Belle Pritchett, Blake Allen Pritchett, Jackson Thomas Pritchett, Chase Taylor Cowen and Bentley Dwaine Cowen. Many nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive her.
