Roberta Mitchell

Roberta Ann Mitchell, 85, a resident of Pryor, OK., passed away on Friday, October 24,2025. She was born in Muskogee, OK., to the late Delbert Benton and Virgie (Shook) Benton.

Funeral Services will be 2 PM, Friday, October 31, 2025, at South College Church of Christ, burial to follow at Tahlequah City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Hart Funeral Home on Thursday, October 30,2025 from 4 PM until 7 PM.

Roberta was a faithful and active member of the Pryor Church of Christ where she delivered "Love Meals" to the elderly. She enjoyed attending Ladies Night Out Bible study at the Church. Hobbies include knitting, cooking, and her favorite hobby was spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Mitchell, brother, Bill Gene Benton, sister, Betty Jo Butler, grandson, Dustin Mitchell, great-grandson, Kyle Luper.

Survivors include her sons,  Craig (Denise) Mitchell, Brian Mitchell, and Jeff Mitchell,  grandchildren, Amber (Darin) Moden, Amanda (Jason) Cowan, Johnny ( Amanda) Mitchell, Nick (Rebecca) Mitchell, Austin Mitchell, Logan (Ashley) Mitchell, Linay Mitchell, Kandy ( Josh) Luper, and Kimberly (Teddy) Bogle, 21 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, sister -in laws, Barbara Benton and Gracie Kelley.
